‘Thank you very much for a very comfortable and relaxing long weekend. The hospitality was the best. This is by far the best cottage I’ve stayed in. Please keep it up....’ I from London & Mauritius
This is a lovely bright and airy apartment in summer and an easily heated, cosy apartment in winter.
Upstairs from the Stables, The Hayloft is not only surprisingly roomy, but with windows which are both vertical and follow the roof line, it provides a real sense of openness and connection to the surroundings.
This is a cosy apartment, entered via a shared entrance with the Stables, but with its own main door. The view up the Glen is magnificent and I don’t know about you but we think it’s great to have a lovely view when you are making the morning tea or coffee; indeed any time of the day!
The two bedrooms, a double room and a twin, share a warm but bright and airy shower room.
There is a paved area outside with garden furniture and large gardens in which to relax. Across the burn there is a paved (gas) barbecue area for use by the Hayloft, the Stables and the Haven
‘John & Kate, thank you for the most gorgeous stay and warmest welcome. Look forward to the next stay. This one was just perfect. L.E. Glasgow
‘Wonderful hospitality, location and food and attentive but non-intrusive hosting – thanks!’
L from Whitstable
‘A lovely place with two lovely people. What more could you wish for? My only wish is to come back and I will’. MH Barra
