All properties have ample parking, central heating, double glazing, TV, CD player, video, indoor and outdoor games, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, patio, garden furniture, gas barbecue and garden. We also have midge control machines in operation.

A cot and high chair are available. Please book in advance.

The properties are all non-smoking. Well behaved and controlled dogs are welcome by arrangment. This is a rural glen and the surrounding fields may contain cattle and sheep, sometimes with young. Dog bedding should be provided by the guest.

John and I enjoy letting our fabulous properties and especially love witnessing that 'Wow' moment when the guests first enter their accommodation. We live beside the cottages and are on hand to welcome guests whatever their time of arrival and to answer any questions or concerns they may have during their stay.

Our role here is to remain quietly in the background whilst being available as and when required to ensure your holiday is as good as it gets......

We feel a powerful affection for this unspoilt area of the West Highlands of Scotland and are certain that once you have tasted the ambience of this historic glen you will find yourself loathe to leave!

Dairy Cottage (sleeps 4)

Originally a 'long house' the Dairy is the original dwelling house dating from the mid 17th century. As the homestead expanded its use changed and it became the byre and dairy until the 1960's. It has been tastefully renovated and is fitted with all modern conveniences.

Bigger inside than it looks, accommodation consists of; an entry porch with drying area leads to a large open plan lounge with dining and kitchen areas. A sliding french window leads to the private patio and garden.

From the lounge a hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms; 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath/shower, toilet and hand basin); 1 twin bedroom; 1 shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin. All accommodation is on one level and the lounge, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom are accessible to wheelchairs.

The Haven (sleeps 6)

Deceptively spacious, The Haven, formerly the farm workers' accommodation, now has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The large sitting room has dining and kitchen areas. A back door from the utility room accesses a private patio beside the burn and shared garden area;

One of the twin bedrooms is on the ground floor with adjacent bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower above the bath. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom (king sized bed), 1 twin bedded room and a shower room with toilet and hand basin.

The Haven, Stables and Hayloft can also be let together as one cottage - known collectively as the Steadings!

The Hayloft (sleeps 4)

Although directly above the Stables, the Hayloft is more spacious because its walls are less thick than the 2ft deep walls on the ground floor! Accommodation comprises an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining areas, a double room, a twin room and a toilet with shower cubicle.

Facilities include; Ample car parking, TV, video, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble drier are shared with the Stables in the adjacent boiler room.

The Haven, Stables and Hayloft can also be let together as one cottage - known collectively as the Steadings!

The Stables (sleeps 4)

The Stables accommodation consists of an open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area, 1 double room, 1 twin room (bunk beds) and shower room with toilet. The twin room is not big and is best suited for children.

Facilities include; Ample car parking, TV, video, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble drier are shared with the Hayloft in the adjacent boiler room.

The Haven, Stables and Hayloft can also be let together as one cottage - known collectively as the Steadings!
